1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to:

• the Naturound Shopify store at naturound.com (ebooks, audiobooks, digital goods, physical goods)

• the Naturound Circle community at program.naturound.com

• all programs, routines, rituals, digital files, and content

• all users who browse, purchase, join, or interact with Naturound

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Definitions:

• Platform —  the Naturound Shopify store at naturound.com and the Naturound Circle community at program.naturound.com

• User / You — any person 16+ using Naturound

• Materials — all educational content, ebooks, audiobooks, rituals, guides, posts

• Digital Products — ebooks, audiobooks, PDFs, files

• Physical Products — journals, printed books, tools, bowls, brushes, merchandise

• Membership / Program — paid or free access to Naturound Circle spaces

• Provider / We / Us — Naturound operated by Salegency

• 21-Day Program – the “21-Day Menopause Skin Reset” digital product, consisting of a PDF guide delivered after purchase and time-limited access to online rituals and educational materials delivered via email and inside the Program Space.

   

• Program Space – the private, password-protected area currently located at program.naturound.com (or a replacement platform), where parts of the 21-Day Program are displayed.

You must provide accurate information and use your account safely.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for:

• violations of these Terms

• unsafe behavior

• abusive conduct

• harmful or unlawful activity

• misuse of content

• or at our discretion, to maintain community safety

No refunds are provided for removals due to violations.

2. Shopify Store — Digital & Physical Purchases

Naturound may offer:

• ebooks

• audiobooks

• PDFs

• digital downloads

• printed journals

• wellness tools (bowls, spatulas, brushes)

• branded merchandise

• shipping-related products

• limited-time bundles

All purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• modify or discontinue products

• adjust pricing

• limit quantities

• correct errors

• refuse service or orders

Your use of Shopify is also subject to Shopify’s own Terms.

3. Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, PDFs)

3.1 Instant Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately by email or download page.

For the 21-Day Program, the digital product is considered delivered when the PDF file with access instructions is sent to the email address you provided at checkout or made available for download.

3.2 Non-Refundable

All digital products, including the 21-Day Program, are non-refundable worldwide, including:

• EU digital content

• UK digital content

• U.S. digital goods

• AU/NZ digital goods

• Asia digital goods

Once delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.

3.3 Personal License Only

You receive a personal, single-user, non-transferable license.

You may not:

• share

• resell

• upload

• broadcast

• distribute

• use for teaching/coaching

• use in your own business or content

This protects Naturound’s intellectual property.

4. Physical Products (Journals, Tools, Merchandise)

4.1 Shipping

Shipping timelines, fees, and eligible countries appear at checkout.

Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external events are outside our control.

4.2 Returns

Return eligibility is specified per product.

Items must be:

• unused

• undamaged

• in original packaging

• returned within the specified window

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless required by consumer law.

4.3 Tools Used for DIY

Naturound is not responsible for:

• improper cleaning

• contamination

• unsafe handling

• allergic reactions triggered by tool use

Use tools carefully and clean thoroughly.

5. Circle Memberships & Programs

Naturound offers:

• paid memberships

• limited-time educational programs

• one-time purchases with Circle access

• community spaces and journals

• guided rituals

5.1 Access

Access to memberships, programs, and community spaces may be delivered:

• instantly

• manually

• through automated workflows

• by email invitation

For the 21-Day Program, you first receive a PDF file with instructions and a link to create your Program Space account. You must create your Program Space account within 72 hours of your purchase. After this time, Program Space access may no longer be available and your purchase is considered fully delivered (no refunds).

To create and use your Program Space account for the 21-Day Program, you must use the same email address that you used at checkout. This is required to verify your purchase and connect it with your access.

5.2 Modifications

We may update, restructure, or replace:

• programs

• modules

• rituals

• space layouts

• access levels

to improve safety, clarity, and experience.

5.3 Cessation Rights (General Community Spaces)

If offered, general community access inside Naturound Circle that is not part of a specific paid program (for example: open discussion spaces, general Glow Journals, bonus rooms) is provided as a complimentary, optional bonus for customers who purchase Naturound digital products. It is not a paid product and is not part of the purchased item’s core value.

Naturound may modify, limit, pause, or discontinue any such general community space or feature at any time, with or without notice.

Because these general community spaces are free bonuses, the discontinuation of these features does not entitle users to any refunds, credits, replacements, or compensation of any kind.

Access to purchased digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, PDFs) and to any paid Program Space remains governed by the specific terms in this document.

5.4 Not a Guaranteed Feature (General Community Spaces)

General community spaces in Naturound Circle (outside of your specific paid Program Space, such as the 21-Day Program Space for the minimum period described in clause 5.5) are not guaranteed, promised, or sold as part of any product. They are optional add-ons that may be removed or changed at any time.

By purchasing a digital or physical product, you acknowledge that closing or modifying these general community spaces does not affect your order and does not create refund eligibility.

5.5 Duration of Access to the 21-Day Program

Once you create your Program Space account, you will receive access to the 21-Day Program rituals and materials for at least 21 days from the date of your registration.

Naturound may, at its discretion, keep the Program Space and materials available for longer, but is not obligated to provide lifetime or indefinite access. Closing or modifying the Program Space after the minimum 21-day period does not create any right to refunds, credits, or compensation.

6. Payments, Billing & Pricing

Payments are processed through:

• Shopify Payments

• Stripe

• PayPal

• Circle payments (if applicable)
  

6.1 Currency

Prices are displayed in your local or chosen currency.

6.2 Taxes

Tax is applied based on your jurisdiction.

6.3 Failed or Disputed Payments

If a chargeback or dispute is filed:

• your access may be immediately suspended

• chargeback fees may be passed on to you

• future purchases may be blocked

6.4 Unauthorized Use

You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your accounts.

Naturound is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by:

• family

• children

• roommates

• staff

• others with access to your device

7. Refund Policy 

7.1 Digital Products

All digital products, including the 21-Day Program, are strictly non-refundable once delivered (when the PDF file is sent to your email address or made available for download), except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

7.2 Physical Products

Eligible only if the product page specifically allows returns.

7.3 Memberships & Programs

At this time, Naturound offers structured access only through the 21-Day Program.

For the 21-Day Program, you acknowledge that:

• the main purchased item is the digital PDF file with instructions; access to the 21-Day Program Space is an additional, time-limited benefit provided for at least 21 days from the date you create your Program Space account (as long as you do this within 72 hours of purchase), as described in section 5.5, and is not lifetime or indefinite access,
• you must create your Program Space account within 72 hours of your purchase, and
• if you do not create your account within this time, or if you attempt to join later and the Program Space is no longer available, you are not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation, because your digital product has already been delivered.

7.4 Community Removals

If you are removed for violating conduct rules:

• no refunds are issued

• all access ends immediately

• future entry may be blocked

7.5 Early Access, Trials & Intro Prices

Trial or intro-period cancellations:

• do not generate refunds

• do not grant price-lock rights for future offerings

8. International Data Processing & Transfers

Your data may be transferred internationally, including to:

• the United States

• Canada

• Singapore

• Thailand

• Japan

• South Korea

• Australia

• New Zealand

Transfers occur under:

• GDPR SCCs

• PDPA-compliant safeguards

• CCPA-compliant terms

• UK Transfer Addendum

By using Naturound, you consent to such transfers.

9. Shopify + Circle Third-Party Services

Naturound relies on trusted tools like:

• Shopify

• Circle

• Stripe

• PayPal
  

• Email providers

• Analytics

• Cloud storage

We are not responsible for:

• outages

• errors

• downtime

• data loss

• third-party failures

Your use of these tools is also bound by their Terms.

10. Community Conduct & Safety

Naturound Circle is a gentle, private space.
To keep everyone safe, we maintain the right to protect the environment at all times.

10.1 You agree to:

• treat others with kindness and respect

• contribute only lawful, safe, and non-harmful content

• avoid medical, diagnostic, or prescriptive claims

• avoid posting inflammatory or misleading information

• follow community guidelines and safety notes

10.2 We may remove:

• any content that feels unsafe, unkind, promotional, or spam

• any user whose behavior threatens the safety or spirit of Naturound

• any post that includes medical claims or harmful advice

10.3 Removal Rights

Naturound may suspend or permanently remove your access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the community.

• No refunds are issued for removals due to violations.

• Access removal may include deletion of posts or data that violate the Terms.

This ensures Naturound remains a peaceful, supportive environment.

11. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may post:

• photos

• comments

• progress notes

• recipes or rituals they personally use

• before/after experiences

• journal entries

11.1 You Own Your Content

You retain ownership of your posts.

11.2 You Grant Naturound a License

By posting, you grant Naturound a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to:

• display

• store

• host

• reproduce

• and use your content within Naturound Circle

This is required for the platform to function.

11.3 External Usage Requires Consent

Naturound will always request your written consent if we wish to:

• share your UGC on social media

• include it in ads

• use it in testimonials

• feature it in marketing materials

No public use occurs without explicit permission.

11.4 License for Platform Migration

If Naturound moves to another platform, your UGC license allows:

• migration

• archiving

• transfer of community materials

Nothing beyond this.

11.5 You May Not Share Others’ Content

Do not screenshot or repost other users’ content outside Naturound without their permission.

12. Intellectual Property (Naturound Content)

Naturound owns all rights to:

• ebooks

• audiobooks

• PDFs

• rituals

• images

• graphics

• course modules

• posts

• designs

• instructions

12.1 Personal Use Only

You receive a personal, single-user license.

12.2 You May Not:

• copy

• share

• resell

• republish

• reverse-engineer

• commercialize

• train AI models on Naturound content

• create derivative works

• translate and redistribute

12.3 Enforcement

Unauthorized use may result in:

• account termination

• DMCA takedowns

• legal action

We protect our materials to maintain quality and safety.

13. Educational & Wellness Disclaimer 

Naturound is an educational wellness community, not a:

• cosmetics manufacturer

• skincare provider

• dermatology clinic

• medical or therapeutic service

• chemical laboratory

DIY rituals are not products and not intended to:

• diagnose

• treat

• cure

• heal

• prevent diseases

• replace professional treatment

13.1 DIY Formula Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• ingredient sourcing

• ingredient purity and quality

• contamination avoidance

• personal hygiene practices

• patch testing

• proper storage

• individual reactions

Naturound does not verify, test, or endorse any third-party ingredients.

13.2 Patch-Test Requirement

Always perform a 24-hour patch test.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a professional.

13.3 User-Posted Advice

Naturound is not responsible for:

• advice posted by other users

• opinions, suggestions, or comments

• wellness interpretations

• external links shared by users

User opinions do not represent Naturound.

14. No Medical Advice

Naturound does not provide:

• professional medical guidance

• dermatological assessments

• pharmaceutical recommendations

• therapeutic interventions

Nothing on the Platform is intended to replace medical advice.

You must consult a qualified professional for:

• persistent skin issues

• allergies

• reactions

• health concerns

15. Zero Liability for Allergic Reactions or Ingredient Sensitivities

To the maximum extent permitted by global law:

Naturound is not liable for:

• redness

• rashes

• swelling

• breakouts

• sensitivities

• allergic reactions

• ingredient contamination

• improper storage

• cross-reactions

• ingredient mis-measurement

• conditions aggravated by DIY experimentation

You agree that using DIY recipes is fully voluntary and at your sole risk.

16. No Guarantees or Promised Results

Naturound does not guarantee:

• results

• improvements

• timelines

• outcomes

• skin changes

• reaction-free use

• compatibility with all skin types

Words such as “glow,” “balance,” “calm,” or “support” describe subjective well-being, not measurable results.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• violate laws

• impersonate others

• collect or harvest user data

• promote external businesses

• solicit coaching clients

• post harmful or unsafe advice

• distribute viruses or malicious code

• reverse engineer Naturound systems

• disrupt the community

• scrape or mine content

Any violation may result in immediate removal.

18. Content Removal Rights

Naturound may remove:

• posts

• comments

• images

• videos

• accounts

at any time, for any reason, including:

• safety

• tone misalignment

• incorrect information

• boundary crossing

• negative impact on the group

• suspected misuse

• reported harm

Naturound is not required to:

• provide warnings

• provide detailed explanations

• restore removed content

This ensures the community stays gentle, safe, and aligned with Naturound values.

19. Liability Limitations 

To the fullest extent permitted by global law, Naturound, its owners, affiliates, team members, and partners are not liable for:

• allergic reactions

• sensitivities or breakouts

• irritation, redness, swelling

• ingredient contamination or spoilage

• inaccurate ingredient measurements

• misinterpretation of instructions

• reactions caused by third-party ingredients or tools

• user-posted advice

• delays or interruptions

• data loss

• platform outages

• indirect or consequential damage

19.1 Maximum Cap

Naturound’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the greater of €50 or the total fees you paid in the past 12 months.

19.2 No Liability for DIY

Naturound is not responsible for:

• how you mix, store, use, or apply any DIY recipes

• the purity, freshness, or authenticity of ingredients

• individual reactions based on personal skin conditions

• the behavior or content of other users

DIY is voluntary and fully at your own risk.

19.3 Local Law Protections

This clause does not exclude liability where prohibited by:

• EU consumer law

• UK consumer law

• Australian Consumer Law

• NZ Consumer Guarantees Act

Those rights remain.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Naturound, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the Platform

• your use of DIY recipes or ingredients

• your breach of these Terms

• your violation of intellectual property rights

• disputes caused by your actions or posts

• claims based on user-shared advice you acted upon

• misuse of the community or content

This means if your actions cause Naturound to face legal consequences, you agree to cover our costs.

This is one of the strongest forms of legal protection available.

21. Assumption of Risk & Voluntary Participation

By using Naturound, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept that:

• all DIY rituals carry inherent risks

• reactions or irritation may occur

• outcomes are not guaranteed

• ingredient sourcing and safety are your responsibility

• experimentation is personal and optional

• individual results vary widely

You choose to participate fully at your own discretion.

22. Force Majeure

Naturound is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as:

• internet outages

• Circle or Shopify downtime

• natural disasters

• postal delays

• global disruptions

• regulatory changes

• service provider failures

We resume normal operations as soon as reasonably possible.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• Polish law for EU users

• Delaware law for U.S. and other international users

Local mandatory consumer protections still apply where relevant.

24. Arbitration (U.S. Users Only)

For users located in the United States:

• all disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration

• arbitration will occur in Delaware

• under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules

• no class actions or collective lawsuits are permitted

Each party pays their own legal costs unless required otherwise by law.

25. Severability

If any section of these Terms is found invalid:

• the rest remain fully effective

• the invalid part will be interpreted in a lawful manner closest to its original intent

26. No Waiver

If Naturound does not enforce a right immediately, it does not mean that right is waived.
All rights remain fully enforceable at all times.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms:

• constitute the full agreement

• override all past or informal agreements

• govern your use of Naturound across all platforms

Any updates replace previous versions.

28. Updates to the Terms

Naturound may update these Terms:

• to comply with laws

• to enhance clarity

• to adjust services

• to protect the community

• to improve platform functionality

Updates will be posted on naturound.com.
Your continued use after updates means acceptance.

If you do not agree to updates, you must discontinue use.

29. Notices & Communication

Naturound may contact you through:

Please maintain an accurate, up-to-date email address.
Naturound is not responsible for missed messages due to spam filters or outdated contact details.
