At Naturound, we deliver each order with clarity, calm, and care — whether it’s a physical item sent to your doorstep or a digital good delivered instantly to your inbox.

This policy explains how all physical shipments and digital products are delivered.

1. OVERVIEW

Naturound offers two product types:

A) Physical Products

(e.g., wellness tools, skincare accessories, printed materials, or items offered in the future)

B) Digital Products

ebooks, audiobooks, PDF guides, downloadable resources, and access-based educational programs.

Each category has its own delivery method described below.

This policy works together with:

2. DIGITAL GOODS DELIVERY

Naturound provides digital content instantly and automatically through secure Shopify systems.

2.1. What Counts as a Digital Good

  • ebooks and PDF guides

  • audiobooks

  • digital workbooks and templates

  • downloadable resources

  • self-paced courses

  • online programs

  • optional community access inside Circle (including time-limited access to the 21-Day Program Space, which is an additional benefit to the paid PDF guide, and any future free bonus spaces)

  • bonus digital materials

All digital content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2.2. Delivery Time

Instant. Always.

After successful payment:

✔ A download link appears on the order confirmation page
✔ You receive an email with your download(s)
✔ Access-based programs trigger an invitation email within minutes. For the 21-Day Menopause Skin Reset (the 21-Day Program), you first receive a PDF file with instructions and a link to create your Program Space account.

Delivery emails may take 1–5 minutes depending on your email provider.

2.3. How Digital Goods Are Delivered

Digital items are delivered via:

  • Email with download link

  • Shopify Order Confirmation page

  • Your Shopify account (if created)

  • Naturound digital vault (for multi-file bundles)

  • Circle access email (for membership-based products)

If you cannot find your files, check spam/promotions folders or contact us.

2.4. Access Duration

Unless stated otherwise:

  • digital downloads remain available indefinitely. For the 21-Day Program, access to Program Space rituals and materials is provided for at least 21 days from the date of your registration, as described in our Terms & Conditions.

  • download attempts may be limited for security

  • community-based access lasts as described on the product page

Community access, when provided outside of a specific paid Program Space, is a complimentary bonus and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without affecting your purchase or creating refund rights. Time-limited access to the 21-Day Program Space follows the rules described in our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

2.5. Failed Email Delivery

If your email is missing:

  • check spam and promotions

  • confirm your email spelling

  • add Naturound to your safe-sender list

We will resend your files manually within 24–48 hours.

2.6. EU/UK Digital Content Compliance

By completing your order and requesting immediate access, you acknowledge that:

  • you receive digital content instantly

  • the 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery begins

  • delivered digital goods are non-refundable, unless required by law

This follows:

  • EU Digital Content Directive

  • UK Consumer Rights Act

2.7. Technical Requirements

To access Naturound digital items, you may need:

  • PDF reader

  • audio playback capability

  • a device (phone/tablet/computer)

  • internet connection (for downloads and programs)

2.8. Usage Restrictions

To protect our creators and content:

  • files may not be shared or resold

  • downloads are for personal use only

  • community access cannot be transferred

Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

3. SHIPPING POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

If Naturound ships physical items now or in the future, this section applies automatically.

3.1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

3.2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates vary by region:

Poland & EU

2–7 business days

United Kingdom

5–10 business days

United States & Canada

7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand

10–20 business days

Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Korea)

7–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, postal delays, or local carriers.

3.3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • your country

  • package weight

  • selected shipping method

Some orders may qualify for free shipping (when offered).

3.4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Outside EU)

International shipments may incur:

  • import taxes

  • customs duties

  • handling fees

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Naturound cannot guarantee or estimate these charges.

3.5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Naturound is not responsible for:

  • delayed delivery due to incorrect addresses

  • lost packages caused by address errors

  • returns caused by incomplete addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

3.6. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will (where available) receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email

  • a tracking link (if the carrier provides one)

Some regions may have limited tracking visibility.

3.7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears lost:

  • contact the carrier first

  • then email us at: naturound@naturound.com

We will assist with:

  • filing a claim

  • re-shipping (if eligible)

  • solving postal issues

Naturound is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs

  • postal carriers

  • force majeure events

3.8. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days with:

  • order number

  • photos of the damage

  • package exterior photo

We will replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

3.9. Returns of Physical Products

Our full return/refund rules are in the Refund Policy, but in general:

  • items must be unused

  • returned in original condition

  • returned within the specified timeframe

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.
