Refund Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective November 2025

At Naturound, we care deeply about clarity, fairness, and emotional safety — while also protecting the space we’re building together. This Refund Policy is designed to be warm and human, but also deeply protective and compliant across global laws.

We kindly ask you to read it carefully before purchasing any Naturound product or membership.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Digital products cannot be refunded under any circumstance once delivered.

This includes:

  • ebooks

  • audiobooks

  • PDF guides

  • worksheets

  • templates

  • digital bundles

  • downloadable rituals

  • diaries, checklists, trackers

  • any file delivered instantly or via email

  • This also includes the 21-Day Menopause Skin Reset (the 21-Day Program), where the main purchased item is the PDF guide with access instructions.

1.1 Instant Access = Deemed Consumption

By completing checkout, you agree to:

  • receive immediate access

  • waive the 14-day withdrawal right (EU/UK)

  • acknowledge that the product is considered consumed upon delivery of the download link

Opening the file, clicking the link, or accessing the content = legally final and non-refundable.

1.2 Email Delivery Issues

If you mistyped your email or filtered messages to spam, this does not qualify for a refund.

We will re-send your files with care. You will always regain access — but refunds are not available.

1.3 21-Day Program – Time to Join & No Refunds

For the 21-Day Menopause Skin Reset (the 21-Day Program), you first receive a PDF file with instructions and a link to create your Program Space account. You must create your Program Space account within 72 hours of your purchase. After this time, Program Space access may no longer be available and your purchase is considered fully delivered and non-refundable, because your digital product (the PDF with instructions) has already been provided.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (JOURNALS, TOOLS, MERCH)

Some physical products may be eligible for returns if clearly stated on the product page.

To qualify:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • undamaged

  • in original packaging

  • returned within the return window shown on the product page

2.1 Non-returnable for Hygiene & Safety

The following items cannot be returned for safety reasons:

  • skincare tools

  • any item intended to touch the face or body

  • products that may have absorbed moisture, oils, or ingredients

  • DIY accessories

  • limited-edition or seasonal items

  • any discounted or sale item

2.2 Incorrect Address or Doorstep Theft

Naturound cannot refund or replace orders that were:

  • delivered to the address provided (even if incorrect)

  • lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • stolen after delivery confirmation

This aligns with EU/US consumer law and Shopify merchant protection.

3. MEMBERSHIPS, PROGRAMS & COMMUNITY ACCESS

3.1 21-Day Program and Community Access (Non-Refundable)

At this time, Naturound offers structured access only through the 21-Day Menopause Skin Reset (the 21-Day Program).

The main purchased item is the PDF guide with instructions. Access to the 21-Day Program Space in Circle is an additional, time-limited benefit provided for at least 21 days from the date you create your Program Space account (as long as you do this within 72 hours of purchase), as described in the Terms & Conditions.

Community access inside the 21-Day Program Space does not create separate refund rights. Non-participation, incomplete participation, or unused days do not qualify for refunds or partial refunds.

3.2 General Community Spaces (If Introduced)

If Naturound offers additional free community spaces in Circle in the future (outside of the 21-Day Program Space), these will be provided as complimentary bonuses only.

They are not purchased products, have no monetary value, and are not included in the price of your order. Naturound may modify, pause, restructure, or fully discontinue such general community spaces at any time, without issuing refunds or pro-rata refunds.

Your digital product remains fully delivered regardless of the availability of any free general community spaces.

3.3 Paid Programs (If Introduced Later)

If Naturound offers a separate paid program or paid membership in the future, its refund policy will be clearly stated on that program’s product page and will apply only to that specific purchase.

The 21-Day Program remains treated as a digital product and follows the rules described in Sections 1, 1.3 and 3.1 above.

3.4 Removal for Community Guidelines Violations

Users may be removed from any community space for:

  • harassment
  • unsafe or harmful advice
  • spam
  • inappropriate or unethical behavior
  • violating wellness boundaries
  • unauthorized sharing of Naturound materials

No refund will be issued if removal occurs. This protects the emotional safety of all members and does not change the non-refundable status of the 21-Day Program described in Sections 1, 1.3 and 3.1 above.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF INTRODUCED)

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4.1 Cancellation

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals, not past charges.

4.2 Non-Refundable Billing Cycles

Completed billing cycles are non-refundable.

4.3 Refund Abuse Protection

Naturound may deny refunds and block accounts for:

  • serial refunding

  • chargeback fraud

  • excessive disputes

  • unauthorized sharing of materials

5. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with:

  • order number

  • photos of the damage

  • photos of packaging

Approved cases receive a replacement or refund, depending on inventory.

Damage caused by misuse or DIY ingredients is not covered.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Digital Products

Cannot be cancelled once the download link is sent.

6.2 Physical Items

May be cancelled only before shipping.

6.3 Programs / Memberships

Programs and memberships cannot be cancelled after access is delivered. For the 21-Day Program, access is considered delivered when the PDF file with instructions is sent to your email address or made available for download.

7. ACCESS LOGGING & FRAUD PREVENTION

Naturound may use secure analytics to confirm:

  • link openings

  • file downloads

  • login usage

  • content access timestamps

This protects Naturound from fraudulent refund claims and aligns with standard digital content laws.

8. CURRENCY, TAXES & EXCHANGE RATES

Refunds are always processed:

  • to the original payment method

  • in the original currency

  • minus any non-refundable processing fees charged by our payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal), where permitted by law

Naturound is not responsible for currency fluctuations or bank conversion charges.

9. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • account suspension

  • loss of access

  • reversal of community membership

  • reporting to Shopify Fraud Protect

  • recovery of losses where permitted by law

We gently encourage writing to us first — we’re always here to help.

10. COUNTRY-SPECIFIC RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy removes your statutory rights under laws in:

  • EU & UK

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Canada

  • U.S. state consumer laws

  • Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Korea

This policy is structured to comply with all jurisdictions while keeping protection fair and consistent for all buyers.

11. BINDING ARBITRATION (U.S. CUSTOMERS ONLY)

U.S. customers agree that any dispute will be resolved through individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

No Class Actions

You waive the right to participate in:

  • class actions

  • class arbitrations

  • representative actions

This dramatically reduces lawsuit risk and is standard for global Shopify brands.
